I was walking by the mental hospital the other day

All I could hear was the sound of patients yelling
13,13,13

the fence was too high to see over,

But I noticed a little space between the boards
and I looked through to see what was going on

And some Jerk poked me in the eye with a stick

Then all that I heard was

"14... 14... 14"...
