A Nevada motivational leader is in custody after two women who enrolled for personal coaching sessions said they were molested in Toronto hotel rooms.

Bijan Anjomi, 64, of Las Vegas, appeared in a Toronto court yesterday on three counts of sexual assault.

He is described as the founder of Effortless Prosperity on its website – which has books, CDs and $12 Daily Lesson cards for sale. The website calls him a motivational coach and spiritual leader – as well as a non-steroid-using bodybuilder three times named "Mr. Universe Natural Division."

The website says Anjomi is an Iranian-born, certified hypnotherapist whose teachings of "simple yet profound principles" enable individuals to draw on their untapped inner potential.

Among other cities, the website has twice-daily workshop sessions that were scheduled in Toronto earlier this week at a hotel near the airport.

Called Clearing to Create with a door fee of $595, the workshop promises to "get you in touch with your ability to create what you desire in your life" and teach how to "acknowledge yourself as the cause and creator of your life."

In a video posted on the Toronto Earth Hour website, Anjomi tells people to turn off the outside world during Earth Hour and "become aware of their breathing, aware of their blood circulating, become aware of their movement, aware of their skin, every part of their body, and go beyond, and let that go and become aware of who they are, which I am, that it is."

The women who complained to police are 27 and 37 years old.

Det. Janet Sobotka of the sex crimes unit said police believe there may be more victims.
